Just a short post today. Two very good things happened in the past 24 hours.
1 – We have a phone and internet in the apartment now. We can finally communicate with the rest of the world. If you want the phone number, just drop me a line and I’ll pass it on to you. Italy is 5 hours ahead of the east coast right now (we haven’t switched over the daylight savings time yet. We’ll be six hours ahead in about 2 weeks.). If you have iChat or AIM, we’ll be able to talk too!
2 – We got our first piece of non-work related mail at the house!! My sister is the best!! We have an address and it works. It didn’t take that long for the card to arrive either. It was posted on the 7th out of Arkansas and it arrived at the apartment the afternoon of the 12th. If you want that information, drop me a line and I’ll pass it on.
